Glendale NRS Officers Trevor Goode and Zane Hinde see a female on the sidewalk asleep while standing on her Razor scooter. They make contact with her to see if she’s okay. While talking to her she appears to be on some type of drug, and drug paraphernalia is visible in a clear pouch hanging from her neck. As they go to arrest her and she decides to try and flee.
